Abstract

Zaključno delo obravnava zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, ki je ključnega pomena za dobro poslovanje podjetja in njegovo rast. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene osnove, definicija zadovoljstva zaposlenih, na kaj vse zadovoljstvo vpliva, kako ga lahko merimo in kateri dejavniki vplivajo nanj. V teoretičnem delu smo uporabljali opisno oz. deskriptivno metodo, s katero smo zbirali pomembne informacije in ugotavljali glavne dejavnike in modele, s katerimi lahko vplivamo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. V raziskovalnem delu smo uporabljali metodo analize, kjer smo na dejanskem primeru ugotavljali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju. Osnova za raziskovalni del je anketiranje vseh zaposlenih v podjetju X. Dobljeni rezultati so pokazali realni posnetek stanja zadovoljstva, na podlagi katerega smo lahko rezultate analizirali. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni v podjetju X zelo zadovoljni.

Secondary abstract: The bachelor’s thesis deals with employee satisfaction which is crucial for the good operation of the company and its growth. The theoretical part presents the basics, the definition of employee satisfaction, what it affects, how it can be measured, and which factors influence it. In the theoretical part, we used a descriptive method by which we collected important information and identified the main factors and models by which we can influence employee satisfaction. In the research part, we used the method of analysis where we determined the satisfaction of employees in the company. The basis for the research work is to interview all employees of the company X. The results obtained, showed a real picture of the state of satisfaction, on the basis of which we could analyze the results. We found that the employees of Company X were very satisfied.
