Abstract

V magistrski nalogi so v uvodnem delu predstavljene lastnosti aluminija in njegovih zlitin, postopki za obdelavo izvrtin in definicije kakovosti obdelane površine. Predstavljena je tudi metoda načrtovanja eksperimentov. Z metodo načrtovanja eksperimentov DOE je bila analizirana vplivnost obdelovalnih parametrov grezenja na kakovost obravnavane površine in produktivnost procesa. S pomočjo te metode so bile določene tudi optimalne vrednosti obdelovalnih parametrov grezenja, s katerimi se ob maksimalni produktivnosti še doseže zahtevana kakovost površine. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da ima največji vpliv spodrez PKD ploščice. Pri tem smo omejeni z maksimalnim spodrezom, ki ga lahko na uporabljenem orodju nastavimo s trenutno obliko PKD ploščice. Drugi največji vpliv imajo vrtljaji orodja. Z optimalnimi vrednostmi obdelovalnih parametrov grezenja je bila povečana stopnja odvzema materiala za faktor 3,63, s tem pa se je močno skrajšal tudi čas obdelave obravnavane površine.

Secondary title: The influence of back boring parameters with a dedicated tool on the quality of machined surface and the machining time
Secondary abstract: In the introductory part of the master thesis, the properties of aluminium and its alloys, the processes for machining holes, the definitions of surface quality and the design of experiments method are presented. With the design of experiments (DOE) method, the influence of back boring parameters on surface quality and process productivity was analyzed. The use of this method also determined the optimal values of back boring parameters for maximum productivity while still achieving the required surface quality. It was found that the angle of the PCD insert has the greatest impact. Here we are limited by the maximum angle that can be set on the tool with the current shape of the PCD insert. Spindle speed has the second largest impact. With the optimal values of back boring parameters, the material removal rate was increased by a factor of 3,63, significantly reducing the machining time of the observed surface.
