Abstract

Zaposleni predstavljajo temeljni vir podjetja in hkrati ustvarjajo tudi velik delež stroškov. Učinkovito upravljanje zaposlenih je zaradi tega ključni dejavnik uspešnosti poslovanja. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti in kritično ovrednotiti politiko in proces kadrovanja v podjetju X. Za uresničevanje namena smo v podjetju z intervjuji in analizo poslovnih dokumentov raziskali obstoječe stanje ter na podlagi primerjave s teorijo in predhodnimi študijami oblikovali predloge za izboljšave. Ugotovili smo, da so potrebe podjetja po kadru izrazito dinamične, saj sledijo nihanju povpraševanja kupcev, kar pred podjetje postavlja težke izzive stalnega prilagajanja kadrovskih kapacitet. Podjetje se pri tem poslužuje zlasti zaposlovanja prek kadrovske agencije in sodelovanja z izobraževalnimi institucijami. Na podlagi primerjave s teorijo dobrih praks in predhodnimi študijami podjetju kot boljšo alternativo priporočamo interne strategije, vključno z ustvarjanjem fleksibilnejših delovnih mest in usposabljanjem kadra, ki bi glede na nihajoče potrebe omogočale razporejanje obstoječega kadra podjetja.

Secondary abstract: Employees are a company's main resource and also account for a large share of its costs. Effective employee management is therefore a key factor in the success of a business. The purpose of this thesis is to identify and critically evaluate the HR policy and process of Company X. In order to achieve this purpose, we investigated the current situation in the company by means of interviews and analysis of business documents and, based on a comparison with theory and previous studies, we formulated suggestions for improvement. We found that the company's personnel needs are highly dynamic, following fluctuations in customer demand, which poses difficult challenges for the company to continuously adjust its personnel capacity. In this respect, the company mainly uses recruitment through a recruitment agency and cooperation with educational institutions. Based on a comparison with best practice theory and previous studies, we recommend internal strategies as a better alternative, including the creation of more flexible jobs and personnel training, which would allow the redeployment of the company's existing employees in the light of fluctuating needs.
