Abstract
Zaključno delo obravnava cestno mrežo v naselju Moste pri Komendi. Osrednja problematika cestne mreže je na križišču v središču naselja. Na tem mestu se stikata regionalna in glavna cesta, ki povezujeta letališče Ljubljana, obrtno cono Komenda, Kamnik in Mengeš. V nalogi smo preverili tudi stanje prometnih nesreč v naselju in ali je naselje varno prometno urejeno za ranljivejše udeležence v prometu - pešce. Osrednje križišče v naselju že več let predstavlja ozko grlo cestne mreže. V okviru naloge smo prometno analizirali osrednje križišče v obstoječem stanju v dopoldanski in popoldanski konici. Ugotovili smo, da kapaciteta križišča ne zadošča prometnim obremenitvam. Zato smo preverili tri projektne variante za izboljšanje pretočnosti križišča in cestne mreže. Prva varianta je nadgradnja križišča na obstoječi lokaciji, in sicer z dodajanjem pasu za desne zavijalce. Druga in tretja varianta pa sta krožišče in turbo krožišče, pri čemer se križišče prestavi na novo lokacijo. Za vse variante smo naredili tudi kapacitetno analizo in jih primerjali med seboj.

This thesis deals with the road network in the town of Moste pri Komendi. The central problem of the road network is at the intersection in the center of the town. This is where the regional and main roads meet, which connect the Ljubljana airport, the craft zone Komenda, Kamnik and Mengeš. In this thesis, we also reviewed the situation of traffic accidents and whether the settlement has a safe traffic arrangement for the more vulnerable road users - pedestrians. The central intersection in the town has been a bottleneck in the road network for many years. As part of the task, we analyzed the traffic of the central intersection in its current state during the morning and afternoon rush hours. We found that the capacity of the intersection is not sufficient for traffic loads. Therefore, we checked three project variants to improve the flow of the intersection and the road network. The first option is to upgrade the intersection at the existing location, namely by adding a lane for right turns. The second and third variants are a roundabout and a turbo roundabout, whereby the intersection is moved to a new location. We also performed a capacity analysis for all variants and compared them with each other. |
