Abstract
Brez vključevanja komunikacijskih in informacijskih tehnologij (IKT) v pouk si sodobnega pouka in učenja ne moremo predstavljati. Pomembnost poznavanja IKT se je dodobra pokazala leta 2020, ko so številne osnovne šole zaradi širjenja pandemije SARS-CoV-2 zaprle svoja vrata in so bili učitelji pouk prisiljeni izvajati preko spleta. Glavni namen magistrskega dela je dobiti vpogled v orodja in uporabo IKT pred in po zaprtju šol zaradi pandemije ter v stanje po ponovnem prehodu na tradicionalni način poučevanja pri učiteljih razrednega pouka v slovenskih in hrvaških osnovnih šolah. Okolje raziskave je bilo ruralno. Rezultati so pokazali, da so se usposobljenost učiteljev, pogostost uporabe IKT in opremljenost šol s tehnično opremo po pandemiji izboljšale. Anketirani učitelji so lastno usposobljenost uporabe IKT po pandemiji ocenili z višjo oceno kot pred njo. Pred pandemijo so anketirani učitelji IKT najpogosteje uporabljali za motivacijo učencev, nato za uresničevanje ciljev učnega načrta, za doseganje boljših rezultatov pri učencih in zaradi želje učencev. Po pandemiji pa anketirani učitelji IKT v prvi vrsti uporabljajo za uresničevanje ciljev učnega načrta, nato za motivacijo učencev, sledita tudi doseganje boljših rezultatov pri učencih in nadzor nad učenci. Ugotavljamo, da je najpogostejše sredstvo komuniciranja elektronska pošta. Pogostost vključevanja mobilnega telefona pri pouku se je po pandemiji zvišala.

We cannot imagine modern teaching and learning without the inclusion of communication and information technologies (ICT) in lessons. We learned the importance of knowing ICT only in 2020, when many primary schools closed their doors due to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic when teachers were forced to conduct lessons online. The main purpose of the master's thesis was to gain insight into the use of ICT and tools before and after the closure of schools due to the pandemic, and the situation after the transition to the traditional teaching method, among classroom teachers in Slovenian and Croatian primary schools. The research environment was rural. The results showed that teachers' qualifications, the frequency of ICT use and the provision of technical equipment in schools improved after the pandemic. The surveyed teachers rated their own competence in the use of ICT higher after the pandemic than before it. Before the pandemic, the surveyed teachers used ICT more often to motivate students, then to achieve the goals of the curriculum, to obtain better results with students and because of the students' desire. After the pandemic, the surveyed teachers use ICT first to achieve the goals of the curriculum, then to motivate students, followed by achieving better results for students and controlling students. We note that the most common means of communication is e-mail. The frequency of mobile phone inclusion in lessons has increased after the pandemic. |
