Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je bil raziskati in spodbujati vlogo lutk pri razvoju komunikacije predšolskih otrok. V teoretičnem delu so opredeljeni komunikacija, pedagoški vidiki komunikacije, zaznavanja v komunikaciji, razvoj komunikacije in odnosov vrtcu in družini, vključevanje lutk v vrtcu in kako lutke vplivajo na razvoj komunikacije, na otrokov razvoj in na razvoj socialnih veščin. V okviru praktičnega dela je bila izbrana skupina otrok drugega starostnega obdobja, starih od pet do šest let. Praktična izvedba je vsebovala pet vnaprej pripravljenih priprav različnih dejavnosti in seznanitev otrok z lutko medvedkom Brinom, ki je otroke spremljal skozi vse dejavnosti. Zadani cilji so bili skozi dejavnosti doseženi, in sicer otroci so prek lutke verbalno in neverbalno komunicirali z nami in med seboj, se izražali, razvijali socialne stike, širili svoj besedni zaklad, bili bolj motivirani, ravno tako pa so bili aktivnejši tudi bolj sramežljivi otroci.

Secondary title: Encouraging the communication of preschool children with the help of puppets
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the diploma thesis was to explore and promote the role of puppets in the development of communication of preschool children. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, we defined communication, pedagogical aspects of communication, perceptions in communication, the development of communication and relationships in kindergarten and in the family, the inclusion of puppets in kindergarten and how puppets affect the development of communication, the child's own development and the development of social skills. As part of the practical work, we chose a group of children from the second age bracket, i. e. from 5- to 6-year old children. The practical performance itself contained five pre-planned preparations for various activities and the introduction of the children to the teddy bear Brin, who accompanied the children through all the activities. Through the given activities we achieved the following goals: the children communicated verbally and non-verbally with us and with each other through the puppet, expressed themselves, developed social contacts, expanded their vocabulary, were better motivated, while shyer children were also more active.
