Optimizacija in prenova proizvodnih procesov v sistemu ERP

Abstract

Hiter prenos informacij in celovit pregled nad procesi so ključnega pomena za uspešno delovanje ter vodenje vsakega podjetja. Pri tem si večina sodobnih podjetij pomaga s sistemom za načrtovanje virov. Ti sistemi omogočajo zbiranje podatkov iz različnih virov oziroma oddelkov na enem skupnem mestu, s tem pa ponujajo pregled nad delovanjem celotnega podjetja. V okviru tega dela smo predstavili enega izmed takšnih sistemov in njegovo implementacijo v podjetju, ki ta sistem uporablja. Ob tem smo opisali proces dela v tem podjetju in njegove pomanjkljivosti. Odkrite pomanjkljivosti smo v okviru diplome tudi poskusili v čim večji meri odpraviti. Predstavljeni so posamezni koraki, ki so bili izvedeni v ta namen, prav tako pa je predstavljen tudi nadgrajeni sistem za načrtovanje virov izbranega podjetja. Na koncu so opisane še težave, s katerimi smo se pri implementaciji srečali, kompromisi, ki smo jih morali sprejeti, in potencialne nadgradnje sistema v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract:	Seamless information transfer and a comprehensive view of all business processes are essential for any manufacturing business' success. To achieve this, most modern companies employ so-called enterprise resource planning systems. These systems offer a centralised view of all gathered information from different sources throughout the company in one singular hub. In the scope of this thesis we presented one such system and it's implementation in a company that uses this system. We also described the work process in the aforementioned company and it's shortcomings. In the scope of the thesis we also tried to fix these discovered shortcomings as much as possible. We described the necessary steps that were taken to achieve this and we presented the upgraded enterprise resource planning system used by the company. At the end of the thesis are listed all of the problems we encountered during the implementation, the compromises we had to make and potential future upgrades which will further improve the system's integrity and performance.
