diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih sistemov
Ta podjetja bodo preživela samo z nenehnim nadgrajevanjem svojega znanja, tehnologije in razvoja, kar bo pripeljalo do optimalne organizacije proizvodnih procesov. Podjetja si želijo odpraviti kritične točke trenutnega stanja, zmanjšati stroške, izboljšati kakovost in s tem povečati produktivnost.

REENGINERING OF PRODUSTION PROCESSES IN THE COMPANY CERJAK, D.O.O. |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Entering a market, either it is domestic or even more if it is international, a company can only survive with the right product, which is almost personalized, produced at the right time in the right place at appropriate price and within costs which enable growth and development of the company. This means that an ordered product must be perfect. Quality is taken for granted. Flexibility is necessary. This might be an advantage of small enterprises, due to their specifics and within their processes, considering the fact that customers’ demands often affect the organization of production processes. This thesis focuses on small enterprises. Generally, a small enterprise is flexible and adjustable, but its resources are limited, which at the same time represents a problem and a challenge for organization of production processes. Therefore, it is necessary to study this topic thoroughly as the economic importance of small enterprises is increasing in the country as well as on the global level. The only chance for such enterprises to survive is in constant upgrade of their knowledge, technology and development, which leads to optimal organization of production processes. Companies strive to eliminate breaking points of current situation, to lower costs, to improve quality and to increase productivity eventually. The anticipated result of this thesis is a better organization of production processes, which could be achieved with simplification of some procedures and regulations, more flexibility in working hours and workforce, right allocation of work assets, jobs, warehouse facilities and right organization of internal transport. A common result of this thesis is an increase in the productivity of production processes and a consequently bigger efficiency of the whole company. |
