Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the importance of mobbing, the key causes of the phenomenon and the consequences that the phenomenon brings to the individual, the organization and others who are not directly involved in the mobbing itself. Bullying in the workplace is a long-term and repetitive action in a work environment by an individual or a group over a victim.
