Secondary title: Testing web applications with JMeter testing tool
Secondary abstract: The purpose of my thesis is description of assembly and execution of automatic performance tests for client-server application with the JMeter testing tool. Furthermore, I identify the goals and reasons for execution of automatic performance testing. JMeter is a testing tool for execution different types of performance and load test. Collecting and assembling data is a base for constructing a good test scenario. First of all, I described the process of assembling a test scenario for testing web applications, database servers and servers using FTP protocols. Test scenarios can be done in a few different ways. I described one way with testing tool JMeter and accordingly I analyzed the gained data. At the end of my thesis, I analyzed the gained data and I found out the amount of load the server when it has maximum number of users. At the end, I propose a way of prevention of additional increasment of the number of simultaneous users.
