Abstract

Zaključno delo dokumentira proces razvoja aplikacije za upravljanje dogodkov z uporabo orodja Oracle APEX. Zasnovan je bil model procesov za izobraževalno inštitucijo, ki vključuje vodenje različnih vrst dogodkov, kot so predavanja, vaje, govorilne ure in ostali sestanki Model podatkov obsega 15 tabel. Testni podatki so dejanski podatki za eno študijsko leto, imena študentov so izmišljena. Podatki spletnega urnika predavanj so bili zajeti s programom v Pythonu in obdelani v posebnem listu preglednice. Tudi ostali podatki so bili zajeti na spletnih straneh fakultete in preneseni v liste preglednice. V orodju Oracle APEX so razvite skripte za kreiranje in brisanje objektov kot so tabele in funkcije. Uvoz podatkov iz posameznih listov preglednice v Oracle APEX je podrobno dokumentiran. V aplikaciji so razvita poročila in obrazci, ki omogočajo specifična opravila vodstvu, pedagogom, planski službi in študentom. Vloge uporabnikov aplikacije določajo dostopne pravice do posameznih strani aplikacije. Spletna aplikacija deluje na vseh napravah in se odziva na velikost uporabnikovega zaslona. Razvito digitalno okolje lahko olajša in izboljša upravljanje dogodkov v izobraževalni ustanovi.

Secondary title: Event management application development with Oracle APEX
Secondary abstract: The thesis documents the process of developing an event management application using the Oracle APEX. A process model was designed for an educational institution that includes the management of different types of events, such as lectures, tutorials, office hours and other meetings. The data model consists of 15 tables. The test data is actual data for an academic year while the student names are fictitious. The online timetable was collected using a Python program and processed in a special spreadsheet. The remaining data was also collected from the faculty website and transferred to the spreadsheet. Scripts for creating and deleting objects such as tables and functions are developed in the Oracle APEX. The import of data from individual spreadsheets into Oracle APEX is documented in detail. Reports and forms have been developed in the application to enable specific tasks for administration, teachers, the planning department and students. The roles of the application users determine the access rights to the individual pages of the application. The web application works on all devices and responds to the user's screen size. A developed digital environment can facilitate and improve the management of events in an educational institution.
