Abstract

V današnjem svetu ne čutimo toliko pomanjkanja znanja, temveč pomanjkanje empatije in prijaznosti. Različni avtorji opisujejo in analizirajo kršenje načel medicinske bioetike. Rezultate smo analizirali s programom SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Anketiranci so imeli večinoma negativne ocene o poznavanju terminov, zadnjem srečanju z zdravstvenimi delavci, kakovosti storitev in kakovosti zdravstvenega sistema.

Secondary abstract: In today's world, we feel not so much a lack of knowledge, but a lack of empathy and kindness. As various authors describe and analyze the violation of the principles of medical bioethics, we can conclude that (after all) we often encounter certain forms of violation and disrespect, which is widespread in various setting. It is the doctor's duty to tell the truth and to provide the patient with enough information about the disease, prognosis or treatment so that the patient can make a decision in his favor. We believe that patients are not educated about ethical principles, so they often cannot even recognize the extent of violations and disrespect on the part of medical staff. The fact is that there are violations, despite the modern development of information technology and the Internet. The first part is theoretical. We have described the definition and meaning of medical ethics and bioethics today, as well as the basic principles on which modern medical bioethics is based. We focused on the violation of the patient's rights, the attitude towards the patient and other injuries that the patient encounters very often nowadays. In the second part, we explored our topic: Medical ethics in healthcare organizations. To carry out the research, we used a structured questionnaire consisting of closed-ended questions, and for implementation research, we used an online survey. The results were analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The questionnaire was composed of different types of questions, mostly on the subject of bioethics and medical bioethics in practice. Respondents had mostly negative evaluations about knowing appointments, the last meeting with health professionals, the quality of services and the quality of the health system.
