Abstract
Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na razvoj informacijske podpore procesov za spremljanje strank. Razvoj aplikacije je del prizadevanj za optimizacijo procesov v okviru Gorenjske banke d.d. Okvirno so prikazane uporabljene tehnologije: poleg Oracle APEX še HTML, CSS, SQL in PL/SQL. Definirane so zahteve uporabnikov. Prikazan je model procesov in podatkov, ki so skladni z zahtevami uporabnikov. Model podatkov obsega osem tabel. Razvita aplikacija vsebuje module: urejanje komitentov, aktivnosti komitenta, priprava poročila in avtomatizacija pošiljanja sporočil komitentom preko e-pošte in SMS-a. Nov model procesa in razvita aplikacija sta tudi uvedena za uporabo.

The thesis focuses on the development of software support for customer monitoring processes. The development of the application is part of the efforts to optimize processes within Gorenjska banka d.d. The technologies used are briefly presented: in addition to Oracle APEX also HTML, CSS, SQL and PL/SQL. User requirements are defined. The process and data model are developed according to the given requirements. The data model comprises of 8 tables. The developed application contains modules: editing clients, client activities, report preparation and automation of sending messages to clients via e-mail and SMS. A new process model and the developed application are also put into use. |
