Abstract
V diplomskem delu z naslovom Vpliv vzgojiteljeve lastne športne aktivnosti na izvajanje gibalnih/športnih dejavnosti v vrtcu je bil namen ugotoviti vpliv lastne športne aktivnosti vzgojiteljev na njihovo izvajanje gibalnih/športnih aktivnosti v vrtcu. Zaključno delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Teoretični del zajema načrtovanje in izvajanje gibalnih aktivnosti, kompetence vzgojiteljev na področju gibanja in usposobljenost vzgojiteljev za izvajanje gibalnih aktivnosti v vrtcu. Izvedena je bila empirična raziskava, v kateri je sodelovalo 19 vzgojiteljev iz štirih vrtcev: Vrtec pri OŠ Grad, Vrtec pri OŠ Kuzma, Vrtec pri OŠ Puconci in Vrtec pri OŠ Sveti Jurij. Pri zbiranju podatkov sta bili uporabljeni deskriptivna metoda in kavzalna neeksperimentalna metoda empiričnega pedagoškega raziskovanja. Podatki so bili zbrani s pomočjo kvantitativne tehnike. Merski instrument je predstavljal anketni vprašalnik zaprtega tipa, s pomočjo katerega smo ugotovili, da vzgojitelji, ki so v svojem prostem času športno aktivni, pogosteje načrtujejo in izvajajo gibalne/športne aktivnosti v vrtcu kot vzgojitelji, ki v svojem prostem času niso športno aktivni.

The aim of the thesis entitled The Influence of the Educator's Own Sports Activity on the Performance of Physical/Sports Activities in Kindergarten was to determine the influence of the educator's own physical/sports activity on the implementation of physical/sport activities in kindergarten. The thesis is composed of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part covers the planning and implementation of physical activities, the competences of the educators in the field of physical activity and the qualifications and expertise of the educators for the implementation of physical activities in kindergarten. An empirical study was carried out involving 19 kindergarten educators from four kindergartens: Kindergarten at Grad Primary School, Kindergarten at Kuzma Primary School, Kindergarten at Puconci Primary School and Kindergarten at Sveti Jurij Primary School. For the collection of data, the descriptive method and the causal non-experimental method of empirical pedagogical research were used. Data were collected using quantitative techniques. The measurement instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire, which was used to determine that educators who are physically active in their free time are more likely to plan and implement physical/sport activities in kindergarten than educators who are not physically active in their free time. |
