Povzetek
V diplomskem delu z naslovom: Usposobljenost vzgojiteljev za gibalne/športne dejavnosti v vrtcu smo predstavili pomembnost gibalnih dejavnosti v vrtcu, vlogo vzgojitelja in preučili kompetence vzgojitelja in razvijanje le-teh. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu, smo se posvetili predvsem kompetencam vzgojitelja in gibalnim/športnim dejavnostim. V drugem, empiričnem delu, smo zajeli ugotovitve raziskave, opravljene z anketnim vprašalnikom na vzorcu 177 študentov in študentk predšolske vzgoje Pedagoške fakultete v Mariboru. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti, kakšen pomen študentje, prihodnji vzgojitelji, pripisujejo usposobljenosti, posameznim kompetencam vzgojitelja, usposobljenosti za načrtovanje, izvajanje, definiranje ciljev in dosežkov, načine preverjanja gibalnih sposobnosti in znanja otrok ter poznavanju področja Gibanje v Kurikulu za vrtce. Obdelava podatkov je potekala po kvantitativni metodi, uporabili smo deskriptivno statistiko in bivariantno analizo. Rezultati obdelave so tako potrdili in ovrgli naše predpostavljene hipoteze. Ugotovili smo, da se študentom zdi zelo pomembno vzgojiteljevo izpopolnjevanje za izvajanje gibalnih/športnih dejavnosti v vrtcu; da je zelo pomembna usposobljenost vzgojiteljev za definiranje ciljev in dosežkov otrok; da je izjemno pomembna usposobljenost vzgojiteljev za različne načine preverjanja gibalnih sposobnosti in znanj otrok; da ne obstaja statistično značilna razlika med rednimi in izrednimi študenti glede poznavanja področja Gibanja v Kurikulu za vrtce.

The thesis entitled Qualification of kindergarten teachers for physical/sports activities in the kindergarten, we presented the importance of physical activity in the kindergarten, the role of kindergarten teacher and examine his competences and development of them. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, we focused primarily on the competences of the kindergarten teacher and physical and sports activities. In the second, empirical part, we covered the findings of a survey conducted with a survey of a sample of 177 pre-school students of the Faculty of Education in Maribor. The purpose of the study was to determine the importance students, future kindergarten teachers, attach qualifications, individual competences of the educator, the ability to plan, implement, define goals and achievements, ways of testing the children's physical skills and knowledge, and knowledge of the field Physical skills in the Curriculum for kindergarten. Data were processed using the quantitative method, descriptive statistics and bivariate analysis. The results thus confirmed and refuted our hypotheses. We found that for students training for the implementation of physical/sports activities in the kindergarten is very important; that the ability of educators to define children's goals and achievements is very important; teacher's qualification for verification of physical abilities and skills of the child is extremely important and that there is no statistically significant difference between full-time and part-time students regarding knowledge of the field Physical skills in the kindergarten's Curriculum. |
