Abstract

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis titled "The Role of Feedback in Encouraging Children in the Context of Dance Activities in Kindergarten" consists of theoretical and practical parts. The purpose is to monitor children's responses during dance activities based on the types of feedback received. In the diploma thesis, we first examined dance education, the planning of dance activities in kindergarten, the effects of dance on children, and feedback based on strategies for developing thinking skills through theory. Then we conducted activities in two different kindergarten groups. In each group, we continuously provided children with different types of feedback, which we designed based on theoretical foundations and strategies for developing thinking skills in preschool children.
