Izjava o skladnosti za postroj, sestavljen v podjetju

Abstract

Avtomatizirani postroji se v proizvodnji pogosto sestavijo za optimizacijo procesov. Postroj, sestavljen iz več strojev, ki že imajo pridobljeno izjavo o skladnosti, se sooča s problemom pridobivanja EU izjave o skladnosti ter CE oznake za postroj. V magistrskem delu je predstavljen omenjeni problem, standard SIST EN ISO 12100, ki zajema bistvene zdravstvene in varnostne zahteve za stroje in metodologijo ter poda rešitev problema, ki nastane zaradi določila, da ima sestavljavec postroja status proizvajalca stroja in mora zato izpolniti vse varnostne in druge obveznosti, ki jih imajo proizvajalci posameznih strojev. To velja tako v primeru, ko se postroj sestavi za trg, kot tudi, če je sestavljen za lastno uporabo.

Secondary abstract:	In companies, several machines in the production line are often assembled into an automated machine system in order to optimise processes. A machine system consisting of several machines that have already received a declaration of conformity is faced with the problem of obtaining both a declaration of conformity and a CE marking for the machine system. The master's thesis presents the aforementioned problem, the SIST EN ISO 12100 standard with the essential health and safety requirements for machinery, the methodology and the solution to the problem arising from the situation that the assembler of the machine system has the status of a machine manufacturer and must therefore fulfil all the safety-related obligations that the manufacturers of the individual machines have. This applies both to machine systems assembled for the market and for own use.
