Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Obravnava izbranih slikanic z motivom posebnih potreb je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Diplomsko delo je torej sestavljeno iz dveh delov, teoretičnega in empiričnega. Teoretični del diplomskega dela je namenjen identifikaciji otrok s posebnimi potrebami; opredelitev mladinske književnosti, opredelitev in pregled razvoja slikanice skozi zgodovino. Predstavljena je analiza osmih izbranih slikanic z motivom posebnih potreb avtorice Helene Kraljič, in sicer po literarni analizi Marjane Kobe. Vključena sta tudi intervju z avtorico Heleno Kraljič in njena biografija. Empirični del diplomskega dela obsega izvedbo projekta, ki vključuje predstavitev načrtovanih dejavnosti. Dejavnosti temeljijo na uporabi osmih slikanic in so bile izvedene v starostni skupini pet do šest let. Cilj teh dejavnosti je izboljšati razumevanje in sprejemanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami. V zaključku diplomskega dela so podrobno predstavljeni in analizirani rezultati empiričnega dela. Skozi izvedbo projekta sem pridobila dragocene uvide v razumevanje posebnih potreb skozi oči otroka. Poleg tega so pridobljeni rezultati lahko osnova za priporočila in nadaljnje raziskave na tem področju.

Secondary title: Dealing with selected picture books with a special needs topic
Secondary abstract: The thesis titled "Dealing with Selected Picture Books with a Special Needs Topic consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The thesis is therefore composed of two parts: the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to identifying children with special needs; defining children's literature; and providing an overview of the development of picture books along with their history. An analysis of eight selected picture books with the theme of special needs by the author Helena Kraljič is presented, following Marjana Kobe's literary analysis. Additionally, an interview with the author Helena Kraljič and her biography are included. The empirical part of the thesis includes the implementation of a project, which encompasses the presentation of planned activities based on the use of eight picture books, conducted with a group of children aged five to six years. The goal of these activities is to improve understanding and acceptance of children with special needs. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the empirical part are presented and analyzed in detail. Through the implementation of the project, I gained valuable insights into the understanding of special needs through the eyes of a child. Additionally, the obtained results can serve as a basis for recommendations and further research in this field.
