magistrsko delo

Abstract

Secondary title: The dilemma of modern women: family or career?
Secondary abstract: The work addresses the challenges and dilemmas faced by modern women in balancing family and career responsibilities. The purpose was to examine the dilemmas surrounding the coordination of these two spheres through preliminary research and a survey questionnaire. In the research, the focus was mainly on the age of women, the education of women, the field of work and the age of women at the birth of their first child. The main results showed that the family is a key value that is equally important for women of all ages. The age factor at the birth of the first child, however, is influential and crucial for the development and commitment of women's careers. The mere study of the theory, however, suggests the importance and need for support from employers and society so that women can more easily and effectively coordinate their many roles.
