Secondary title: | Reconciling work life balance of employees in the company x |
Secondary abstract: | Professional life and private life are the most important parts of every individual’s life as they have been doing their jobs for at least 40 years. Together, they represent a set of fragments of an individual's life. The balance between professional and private life and setting a boundary between one and another represents a challenge for each individual. The following master’s thesis presents the theoretical foundations of business and private life and their coordination. The thesis deals with a critical review of secondary sources literature described in the theoretical part, and later defines collected data with a survey questionnaire for analysis and subsequent research. Statistical analysis is used to check four prior’s hypotheses and four research questions. The results of the survey showed that people feel that their lives are at all adequately balanced. However, there is still some room for improvement in this field of research. |
