Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo želeli ugotoviti, kako vključenost v neusmerjene in deloma vodene glasbene kotičke vpliva na pogostost pojavljanja določenih socialnih in čustvenih vedenj pri otroku. Med izvajanjem glasbenih kotičkov smo s pomočjo vnaprej pripravljenega opazovalnega lista v skupini otrok, starih od 4 do 5 let, opazovali vedenja na socialnem in čustvenem področju. Po izvedbi dejavnosti smo z otroki izvedli intervju, pri katerem so lahko delili svoje vtise in občutke o igri v glasbenem kotičku. Rezultati so pokazali, da je glasbeni kotiček pri otrocih zelo priljubljen in so se ga radi udeleževali. Na podlagi odgovorov smo ugotovili, da so otroci izražali pozitivna čustva do drugih in do sebe. Prav gotovo lahko z igro v glasbenem kotičku spodbujamo razvoj socialnih in čustvenih veščin, saj otrok preizkuša svoje socialne spretnosti pri tem, ko mora upoštevati navodila, sodelovati z drugimi in se truditi za dobre odnose v skupini.

Secondary title: The affect of unguided musical activities on the social-emotional development of a preschool child
Secondary abstract: In the thesis we aimed to determine, how being included in unguided and partially guided music corners influences the frequency of occurrence of some social and emotional behaviours in a child. During the time of carrying out the music corners, we observed social-emotional behaviours in a group of children, aged from 4 to 5, with the help of pre-prepared observation sheet. After the execution we interviewed the children, where they were able to share their impressions and feelings about playing in the music corner. Results showed that the music corner was extremely popular with the children and that they loved to participate in the activities. Based on the answers we determined that children expressed positive emotions towards themselves and others. Through playing in the music corner, we can most definitely encourage the development of social and emotional skills, because the child can test his or her social skills while following instructions, cooperate with others and strive for good relations in the group.
