Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali učinkovitost in zaznavanje rednih letnih razgovorov med zaposlenimi v izbranem podjetju. Namen raziskave je bil analizirati zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z vsebino, strukturo in rezultati letnih razgovorov ter identificirati področja, kjer obstajajo možnosti za izboljšave. Teoretični del naloge vključuje pregled strokovne literature s področja kadrovskega managementa, motivacije, komuniciranja in vodenja. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo kvantitativne metode zbiranja podatkov izvedli anketni vprašalnik med zaposlenimi, zbranih pa je bilo 31 popolnoma ali delno izpolnjenih vprašalnikov. Rezultati analize so pokazali, da večina zaposlenih letne razgovore doživlja kot nevtralno izkušnjo, pri čemer so največje pomanjkljivosti zaznane pri jasnosti ciljev, sledenju dogovorjenim ukrepom ter prepoznavanju dosežkov zaposlenih. Na podlagi ugotovitev so bila oblikovana priporočila za izboljšanje učinkovitosti sistema letnih razgovorov, med drugim vključitev boljšega načrtovanja, pravočasne komunikacije in usposabljanja vodij.

Secondary abstract: This thesis explores the effectiveness and employee perceptions of regular annual performance reviews in a selected company. The purpose of the research was to analyze employee satisfaction with the content, structure, and outcomes of annual reviews, and to identify potential areas for improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis reviews professional literature in the fields of human resource management, motivation, communication and leadership. In the empirical part, data was collected using a quantitative method – an employee survey, completed by 31 respondents. The results indicate that most employees perceive annual performance reviews as a neutral experience, with the most prominent shortcomings being the clarity of goals, implementation of agreed measures, and recognition of achievements. Based on the findings, recommendations were proposed to improve the effectiveness of annual reviews, including better planning, timely communication, and supervisor training.
