Abstract
V magistrskem delu z naslovom Raziskovanje lastnosti vode in zraka: eksperimentalni pristop s pomočjo razvoja analogij v 5. razredu osnovne šole pri predmetu Naravoslovje in tehnika smo raziskovali, kako lahko eksperimenti z vodo in zrakom učinkovito spodbujajo analogno mišljenje pri učencih 5. razreda osnovne šole pri predmetu naravoslovje in tehnika. Raziskavo smo izvedli na vzorcu 24 učencev petega razreda, razdeljenih v eksperimentalno in kontrolno skupino. V sklopu raziskave smo učence testirali dvakrat, in sicer na začetku in koncu raziskave. V vmesnem času je eksperimentalna skupina izvedla pet eksperimentov (gibanje zraka pri različnih temperaturah, zrak zavzema prostor, zrak ima maso, zračni tlak, simulacija kroženja zraka), s katerimi so učenci podkrepili svoje znanje o vodi in zraku. Učenci iz eksperimentalne skupine so na končnem testu pri štirih od petih konceptov (gibanje in masa zraka, zračni tlak, zrak zavzema prostor) dosegli več pravilnih odgovorov kot kontrolna skupina. Pri simulaciji kroženja vode in zraka je bila uspešnejša kontrolna skupina. V obeh skupinah smo zaznali napredek. Raziskava kaže, da eksperimentalne dejavnosti in analogije vplivajo na večjo uspešnost učencev pri razumevanju temeljnih naravoslovnih pojmov, zlasti tistih, ki jih je težje zaznati ali si jih predstavljati brez praktične izkušnje.

In the master's thesis titled Exploring the Properties of Water and Air: An Experimental Approach Through the Development of Analogies in the 5th Grade of Primary School in the Subject Science and Technology, we investigated how experiments involving water and air can effectively stimulate analogical thinking in 5th-grade primary school students within the subject of Science and Technology. The study was conducted on a sample of 24 fifth-grade students, divided into an experimental group and a control group. As part of the research, students were tested twice—at the beginning and at the end of the study. In the interim period, the experimental group conducted five experiments (air movement at different temperatures, air occupies space, air has mass, air pressure, and simulation of air circulation), which helped the students reinforce their understanding of water and air. On the final test, students in the experimental group achieved a higher number of correct answers than the control group in four out of five concepts (air movement, air mass, air pressure, and air occupying space). In contrast, the control group performed better in the simulation of water and air circulation. Progress was observed in both groups. The study indicates that experimental activities and analogies positively influence students' comprehension of fundamental scientific concepts, especially those that are difficult to observe or imagine without practical experience. |
