Abstract

Tehnologije umetne inteligence se hitro razvijajo in vse pogosteje vključujejo v delovne procese, kar odpira vprašanja o njihovem vplivu na zaposlene, predvsem z vidika zaznanih koristi, morebitnih tveganj, etičnih vprašanj in zaupanja v tehnologijo. Naš namen je bil raziskati in analizirati odnos zaposlenih do rabe umetne inteligence v prihodnosti ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njihovo sprejemanje te tehnologije v delovnem okolju, z namenom podati uporabna priporočila za uspešno integracijo umetne inteligence v podjetjih. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili ključne koncepte umetne inteligence, njene vrste, primere uporabe v vsakdanjem in poslovnem okolju, prednosti in nevarnosti za zaposlene ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na oblikovanje odnosa do tehnologije. Osrednji poudarek smo namenili zaznavam zaposlenih in dejavnikom, ki vplivajo na sprejemanje umetne inteligence v delovnem okolju, ter to dopolnili s prikazom primera dobre prakse. Empirični del temelji na kvantitativni raziskavi, ki smo jo izvedli s pomočjo spletne ankete, ki jo je izpolnilo 180 delovno aktivnih posameznikov različnih starosti in izobrazbenih stopenj. Analiza podatkov je pokazala, da višje izobraženi anketiranci umetno inteligenco pogosteje zaznavajo kot priložnost za razvoj in izboljšanje dela. Faktorska analiza je izpostavila tri ključne dimenzije odnosa do umetne inteligence: pozitivna naravnanost in kompetentnost, zaskrbljenost zaradi negativnih posledic ter potreba po regulaciji in vključevanju zaposlenih. Zaključki raziskave poudarjajo, da odnos do umetne inteligence ni enoznačen, temveč ga oblikujejo izkušnje, znanje, osebni vrednostni okvirji in širše organizacijsko okolje. V nalogi smo predstavili tudi priporočila za podjetja, med drugim pomen izobraževanja, transparentne komunikacije in vključevanja zaposlenih v procese uvajanja tehnologij. Ti ukrepi lahko bistveno pripomorejo k boljši sprejetosti umetne inteligence in zmanjšanju odpora pri zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: Artificial intelligence technologies are rapidly evolving and increasingly being integrated into work processes, raising questions about their impact on employees, particularly in terms of perceived benefits, potential risks, ethical concerns, and trust in the technology. Our aim was to investigate and analyze employees’ attitudes towards the use of artificial intelligence in the future, as well as the factors influencing their acceptance of this technology in the workplace, with the goal of providing practical recommendations for the successful integration of artificial intelligence in companies. The theoretical part presented key concepts of artificial intelligence, its types, examples of use in everyday and business environments, advantages and risks for employees, and factors shaping attitudes towards technology. The focus was on employees’ perceptions and the factors affecting the acceptance of artificial intelligence at work, complemented by a case study of best practice. The empirical part is based on a quantitative study conducted through an online survey completed by 180 working individuals of various ages and educational levels. Data analysis showed that respondents with higher education more often perceive artificial intelligence as an opportunity for development and work improvement. Factor analysis highlighted three key dimensions of attitudes towards artificial intelligence: positive orientation and competence, concerns about negative consequences, and the need for regulation and employee involvement. The study’s conclusions emphasize that attitudes towards artificial intelligence are not uniform but are shaped by experiences, knowledge, personal value frameworks, and the broader organizational environment. The thesis also provides recommendations for companies, including the importance of education, transparent communication, and employee involvement in technology implementation processes. These measures can significantly contribute to better acceptance of artificial intelligence and reduce employee resistance.
