Sekundarni naslov: | Opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence in the implementation of personnel processes |
Sekundarni povzetek: | This bachelor thesis describes theoretical foundations in the field of artificial intelligence and human resource processes in detail. The theory was developed on the basis of data collection techniques and extensive literature review. The research is based on execution of an experiment that demonstrates the use of artificial intelligence in five different personnel processes. The objective of the experiment is to define the process of execution of personnel processes based on generic data using the ChatGPT tool. The analysis of potential solutions and possible improvements is based on previously identified drawbacks regarding the use of artificial intelligence in each individual human resource process. The purpose of the final work is to comprehensively present and increase awareness of the considered field and to provide guidelines for further research. Key findings and results indicate how significantly artificial intelligence tools accelerate and optimize the execution of human resource activities. Artificial intelligence is namely a key factor that contributes to the time and cost efficiency of execution of human resource management processes. The future is based on the increasing use of artificial intelligence technology, which is not yet fully explored and requires further development. |
