Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen razvoj naprave za samodejno vstavljanje ščetin v izvrtine palic okroglega preseka, ki temelji na metodiki konstruiranja. Izhodišče razvoja je bila ščetka ometalnika za odstranjevanje čebel s satja. Po analizi trga in obstoječih rešitev je bil razvit koncept naprave z uporabo standardnih komponent in modularno zasnovo. Z eksperimentalnimi preizkusi je bila določena zabijalna sila in izvedena trdnostna analiza kritično obremenjenih komponent naprave. Rezultati so služili kot osnova za optimizacijo konstrukcije. Izdelan je bil 3D geometrijski model naprave z vsemi funkcionalnimi sklopi. Model je zasnovan na način, da omogoča enostavno vzdrževanje in prilagodljivost. Na koncu so predstavljene možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja naprave.

Secondary title: Development of a device for inserting bristles into round rods
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the development of a device for the automatic insertion of bristles into holes of round-section rods, based on the principles of engineering design methodology. The starting point for the development was a brush used in a bee sweeper for clearing bees from honeycombs. After analyzing the market and existing solutions, a concept for the device was developed using standard components and a modular design approach. Experimental testing was conducted to determine the insertion force, and a strength analysis was carried out on the critically loaded components of the device. The results served as a basis for optimizing the design. A 3D geometric model of the device was created, including all functional assemblies. The model was designed to allow easy maintenance and adaptability. Finally, potential directions for further development of the device are presented.
