Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali vpliv organizacijske kulture na motiviranje zaposlenih. Organizacijska kultura predstavlja skupek vrednot, norm in vedenjskih vzorcev, ki oblikujejo vedenje posameznikov v organizaciji ter vplivajo na njeno uspešnost. Motivacija pa je ključen dejavnik, ki spodbuja zaposlene k doseganju organizacijskih ciljev in vpliva na njihovo zavzetost, zadovoljstvo in učinkovitost.
V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili različne definicije organizacijske kulture in njene tipologije, s posebnim poudarkom na modelu Camerona in Quinna (OCAI), ter izpostavili ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na motiviranje zaposlenih. Empirični del temelji na raziskavi v izbranem podjetju, kjer smo z anketiranjem zaposlenih preučili dojemanje organizacijske kulture, raven njihove motivacije in povezanost med obema vidikoma.
Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da zaposleni prepoznavajo vpliv organizacijske kulture na svojo motivacijo, pri čemer kot najbolj spodbudne izpostavljajo elemente klanske in adhokratične kulture, ki poudarjata sodelovanje, ustvarjalnost in razvoj. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo oblikovali predloge za izboljšanje kulture v podjetju, ki vključujejo večjo odprtost komunikacije, spodbujanje timskega dela ter ustvarjanje spodbudnega in vključujočega delovnega okolja.
Magistrsko delo potrjuje, da je organizacijska kultura pomemben dejavnik pri oblikovanju motivacijskega okolja in lahko bistveno prispeva k večji uspešnosti organizacije.

The master's thesis examines the impact of organizational culture on employee motivation. Organizational culture encompasses the values, norms, and behavioral patterns that shape individuals’ behavior within an organization and influence its performance. Motivation is a key factor that drives employees to achieve organizational goals and affects their engagement, satisfaction, and efficiency.
The theoretical part presents various definitions and typologies of organizational culture, with a special focus on the Cameron and Quinn model (OCAI), and highlights key factors influencing employee motivation. The empirical part is based on a case study in a selected company, where a survey was conducted to explore employees' perceptions of organizational culture, their level of motivation, and the relationship between the two.
The results show that employees recognize the influence of organizational culture on their motivation, particularly valuing elements of clan and adhocracy cultures, which emphasize collaboration, creativity, and development. Based on the findings, proposals for improving the company’s culture were developed, including enhanced communication, encouragement of teamwork, and the creation of a supportive and inclusive work environment.
The master thesis confirms that organizational culture is a crucial factor in shaping a motivational environment and can significantly contribute to the organization’s overall success. |
