Abstract

Teoretična izhodišča: srčno–žilne bolezni so predstavljene kot ene izmed vodilnih vzrokov smrti in zmanjšane kakovosti življenja posameznikov. Obenem številni dejavniki, ki jih vključuje zdrav življenjski slog, prispevajo k izboljšanju zdravja in hkrati pomagajo k zmanjšanju tveganja in k preprečevanju srčno–žilnih boleznih. Metode: teoretični del diplomske naloge temelji na deskriptivni metodi dela z analizo domače in tuje strokovne literature, pridobljene iz podatkovnih baz, ob upoštevanih vključitvenih kriterijih. Raziskovalni del predstavlja kvalitativno metodo dela z uporabo spletnega anketnega vprašalnika. Pridobljeni podatki so prikazani v tabelarni podobi, izdelani v programu Microsoft Excel 2016 in s pripisano ustrezno interpretacijo v Microsoft Word 2016. Anketiranci hrano redko dosoljujejo in redko uživajo alkohol.

Secondary abstract: Theoretical points: Cardiovascular diseases are presented as one of the leading causes of death and reduced quality of life of individuals. At the same time, many factors included in a healthy lifestyle contribute to improving health and at the same time help to reduce the risk and prevent cardiovascular diseases. Methods: The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is based on the descriptive method of work, with the analysis of domestic and foreign professional literature obtained from databases, taking into account the inclusion criteria. The research part presents a qualitative work method, using an online questionnaire. The included sample is selected using the snowball method. The obtained data is displayed in a tabular form created in the Microsoft Excel 2016 program with the appropriate interpretation given in Microsoft Word 2016. Results and discussion: The knowledge of cardiovascular diseases among the respondents is high, and at the same time they rate their lifestyle as good. Half of the respondents often include physical activity in their lifestyle, smoking is not present in a large proportion of the respondents. As for drinks, they often consume water and coffee, and for food they more often consume vegetables and fruits. Respondents rarely access after salting food and consuming alcohol. They themselves are aware that lifestyle is an important risk factor, which is proven by the fact that they would be willing to change their lifestyle if their health were at risk. Conclusion: Despite the fast lifestyle and many other factors that affect the difficulty of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, it is important that as individuals with the right level of awareness, we know how to properly approach a healthy lifestyle, and at the same time reduce risk factors and prevent early diseases related to cardiovascular diseases.
