Abstract

Secondary title: Comparison of student engagement in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia
Secondary abstract: In our thesis, we compared the level of student engagement between students at the University of Ljubljana and the University of Banja Luka. Data were collected through an online survey, which included demographic questions, the UWES-S9 scale, and additional questions about factors influencing engagement. We analysed three dimensions of engagement: vigour, dedication, and absorption. The results provide insight into the subjective experiences of students from two different education environments and may serve as a basis for further research in the field of student engagement and the development of a better academic environment.
