Abstract

V magistrski nalogi sta raziskana pomen digitalne vključenosti učiteljev in vloga digitalnih platform pri njihovem delu. Digitalizacija postaja ključen del izobraževanja, učitelji pa morajo razvijati digitalne kompetence za učinkovito uporabo digitalnih orodij. Teoretični del obravnava razliko med informacijsko in digitalno pismenostjo, zgodovinski razvoj ter stanje digitalnih kompetenc učiteljev v Sloveniji. Poseben poudarek je na vplivu digitalne pismenosti na zaposljivost in strokovni razvoj učiteljev ter na digitalni vključenosti. Analizirana je uporaba digitalne platforme eAsistent v srednjih šolah, njen vpliv na šolsko administracijo in učiteljsko delo. Empirični del naloge preučuje vpliv uporabe eAsistenta na digitalne kompetence učiteljev, zaključni del pa vsebuje rezultate in predloge za nadaljnje raziskave.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis explores the importance of teachers' digital literacy and the role of digital platforms in their work. Digitalization is becoming a key part of education, and teachers need to develop digital competencies for the effective use of digital tools. The theoretical part discusses the difference between information and digital literacy, historical development and the state of digital competencies of teachers in Slovenia. Special emphasis is placed on the impact of digital literacy on the employability and professional development of teachers, and on digital inclusion. The use of the eAsistent digital platform in secondary schools is analyzed, as well as its impact on school administration and teacher work. The empirical part of the thesis examines the impact of using eAsistent on teachers' digital competencies, and the final part contains results and suggestions for further research.
