Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis is presented an analysis of the rational building land use according to the floor space index in the settlement of Trebnje. We were interested in the possibilities, what are the prospects for the development of this settlement, within boundarys that is to say how much we can build or condense on the new vacant building lands, and how much within the existing built-up building lands, whereby we focus more on residential construction. More specifically we analyze the building land in the area of the ZN Cviblje. First of all, we are in the legal regulations presented the rational building land use and floor space index. On the basis of analysis results are given key findings for discussion on about rational building land use and possible solutions in the context of the present problem.
