Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje trženje izdelkov na kmetiji Selišnik, kjer se ukvarjajo z razsekom in predelavo mesa, z izdelavo ter prodajo suhomesnatih izdelkov. Njihova ponudba je osredotočena na prodajo Zgornjesavinjskega želodca, zaščitenega z geografsko označbo. V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali težave na področju trženja njihovih izdelkov. Želeli smo izvedeti, kakšna je prepoznavnost kmetije Selišnik in spoznati splošne navade potrošnikov pri nakupovanju suhomesnatih izdelkov. Teoretični del naloge temelji na preučevanju teorije in prakse marketinga s pomočjo preučevanja obstoječe literature. Raziskovalni del naloge temelji na izvedbi in analizi tržne raziskave. V uvodnem delu diplomske naloge smo si zastavili štiri raziskovalna vprašanja, na katere smo s pomočjo analize izpolnjenih anketnih vprašalnikov dobili odgovore. V zaključnem delu naloge so poleg odgovorov na naša raziskovalna vprašanja predstavljena priporočila kmetiji Selišnik za izboljšave na področju trženja njihovih izdelkov.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes products marketing on the farm Selišnik, where they concern themselves with the cutting, processing, making and sale of dried meat products. The core of their offer represents the "zgornjesavinjski želodec" (air-dried/matured meat product) that is protected with a geographical designation. The thesis deals with the problems they had regarding the marketing of their products. The goal was also to define the visibility of the farm Selišnik and to recognize general consumers’ habits when purchasing dried meat products. The theoretical part of the thesis is supported by the study of the marketing theory and praxis in the existent literature. The research part is based on the performance and analysis of a market research. Four research questions were set in the preliminary part of the thesis, which were then answered by an analysis of a conducted survey. The conclusion includes answers on our research questions and suggestions for the farm Selišnik regarding the improvements for the marketing of their products.
