Abstract

Diploma vsebuje potek izdelave robotskega prijemala in njegovo sestavo iz aluminija. Opisani so postopki, ki so potrebni za izdelavo prijemala, in sicer 3D-modeliranje posameznih sestavnih delov, izdelava NC-kode in pozneje izdelava na CNC-strojih. Posamezni sestavni deli so bili eloksirani in sestavljeni s pomočjo ročne montaže. Med izdelavo je prišlo do številnih problemov, ki so pojasnjeni in za katere so predlagane rešitve.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis contains the manufacturing process of a robot gripper and its aluminium composition. It entails a description of the procedures necessary for the manufacture of the gripper, which include 3D-modelling of individual components, manufacture of the NC-code and afterwards manufacture by the CNC-machines. During the manufacture many problems occurred for which the thesis offers an explanation and proposes solutions. Individual components were eloxated and assembled through manual installation.
