Abstract
Stres je pomemben in bistven del življenja. Je spremljajoč pojav hitrega tempa življenja, vsakodnevnega prilagajanja in izpolnjevanja zahtev. Stres je pomemben dejavnik, ki vpliva tudi na delovno uspešnost. Pojavi se lahko pri vseh poklicih in tudi poklic učitelja ni izjema. Diplomsko delo predstavlja primerjavo vpliva stresa na osebnostni in poklicni ravni slovenskih in poljskih učiteljev. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo opredelili pojem stres, vrste in faze stresa, njegove negativne simptome in vzroke. Opisali smo poklic učitelja ter vpliv stresnih situacij na njegovo poklicno uspešnost. V zaključnem teoretičnem delu smo predstavili, kako se lahko učitelj sooča s stresom in kako ga obvlada. V empiričnem delu je bil namen raziskati vpliv stresa na osnovnošolske učitelje v Sloveniji in primerjati rezultate vpliva stresa na poljske osnovnošolske učitelje. Pri tem smo se osredotočili na pojavnost stresa in na stresnost poklica učitelja in kako na to vpliva delovanje kolektiva, razreda, šole kot celote, koriščenje letnega dopusta in sprostitve ter prehrana in zdravstvene težave. V diplomskem delu predstavljena raziskava je pokazala, da je za učitelje najbolj obremenjujoča nemotiviranost in nediscipliniranost otrok ter stalne spremembe v vzgoji in izobraževanju. Pri sebi opazijo najpogostejše znake stresa, kot so prinašanje službenih težav domov, razdražljivost in pogosta izčrpanost. Poljski učitelji so bolj obremenjeni, bolj so pod stresom in pogosteje razmišljajo o zamenjavi službe kakor slovenski učitelji, slovenskim učiteljem pa primanjkuje pogovor v kolektivu.

Stress is one of the most important and essential part of life. It is a common phenomena in the fast pace of life, everyday's adapting and achieving of requirements. Stress is an utmost important factor which affects the performance at work as well. It can occur in all professions and the teaching profession is no exception. The thesis presents the comparison of the influence of stress on the personal and professional level of Slovene and Polish teachers. In the theoretical part of the thesis we define the concept of stress, the type and level of stress, its negative symptoms and causes. We describe the teaching profession and the impact of stressful situations on teacher's professional performance. In the conclusion of the theoretical part we present how a teacher faces and handles stress. In the empirical part we intend to research the influence of stress on the primary school teachers in Slovenia and compare the results with the influence of stress on Polish teachers. In this aspect we focus on the occurrence of stress and stressfulness of the teaching profession, and how this affects the staff, the class and the school as a whole, taking annual leave and relaxation, the diet and health problems. The paper presents the research which shows that for the teachers the most burdensome is the lack of motivation and indiscipline of the children, as well as constant changes in education. The most frequent signs of stress they notice are bringing home work problems, annoyance and frequent exhaustion. Polish teachers are more burdened, under more stress and more often think about changing their profession than Slovene teachers. Slovene teachers lack the conversation among the staff. |
