Secondary abstract:	The main part of this final paper contains a presentation of the stereographic projection, i.e. a function that projects a sphere onto a plane. We proved the basic properties of the stereographic projection and the stereographic projections of some space curves. We mentioned the use of stereographic projection in other disciplines, the use of computer programs for dynamic geometry during mathematics lessons in elementary school and the importance of pupils differentiation between concept of construction and drawing.

Abstract (ePrints):	V diplomskem delu je podrobneje obravnavana stereografska projekcija, to je preslikava, pri kateri se točke s sfere projicirajo iz severnega pola na ravnino, ki se sfere dotika v južnem polu. Opisane so osnovne lastnosti stereografske projekcije in stereografske slike nekaterih prostorskih krivulj. Omenjena je uporaba stereografske projekcije v nekaterih nematematičnih vedah, uporaba računalniških programov za dinamično geometrijo pri pouku matematike v osnovni šoli in obenem tudi pomembnost razlikovanja med pojmoma konstruiranje in risanje pri učencih.
