Secondary abstract: |
This diploma paper shows the meaning of communication as the basis of relationship between people, and its meaning in the teacher – parent relationship.
In the beginning I present the facts of communication and its rules and I follow with the importance of communication between teacher and parents. This communication represents the main topic as it is very important for a more quality life of children within a family and school. I emphasise the meaning and value of effective communication throughout the whole paper. This can be reached only by working together towards a common goal.
I conducted an anonymous survey among the parents of first and second triad students. It showed that both recognize the meaning of their communication with the teacher for the good of their children. The research showed that parents and teacher do exchange information about the child, as they are aware of the value of both worlds for the child’s development. The results of the survey are showed in tables and they are processed with the x2 testing method and the Kullback test respectively.
It is of the most importance to maintain the teacher – parent communication throughout all education periods and not to simply get lost as the lack of it will be felt by the child. |

Najprej so predstavljena dejstva o komunikaciji in njenih zakonitostih, nato pa njen pomen med učiteljem in starši. Komunikacija med učiteljem in starši predstavlja osrednjo temo, saj je ta izredno pomembna za kakovostnejše življenje otrok v družini in šoli. Skozi celotno delo se poudarjata pomen in neprecenljiva vrednost učinkovite komunikacije, ki pa jo dosežemo samo z medsebojnim prizadevanjem za skupno dobro.
Za potrebe te naloge je bila med starši otrok prvega in drugega triletja izvedena anonimna anketa, ki je pokazala, kako se oboji zavedajo pomena svoje komunikacije z učiteljem za dobro svojega otroka. Raziskava je pokazala, da si starši skupaj z učiteljem karseda redno izmenjujejo informacije o otroku, saj se zavedajo, da sta oba svetova neprecenljiva za njegov razvoj. Rezultati ankete so predstavljeni s tabelami ter dodatno obdelani z metodo hi-kvadrat testa oz. s Kullbackovim testom.
Izrednega pomena je, da se komunikacija med učiteljem in starši ohranja skozi vsa šolska obdobja in da se preprosto ne izgubi, saj njeno pomanjkanje občuti otrok. |
