Secondary abstract:	The diploma work deals with the industrial zone P1, a part of the future industrial zone of Žiri municipality. In the first part the present conditions of the industrial zone are presented. The urbanistics, land classification, needs and interests are mentioned. The natural conditions and location are described and then the industriail zone area with its ownership defined. The emphasis is on the communal infrastructure equipment of the zone. The linking road will be built through the zone with the essential communal infrastructure. The whole area will be connected with it. Total costs of the communal infrastructure equipment in zone P1 are shown and on the basis of these, the communal fee is calculated. The price per m2 of communally equipped land is calculated and compared to prices of the neighbouring municipalities.
