Secondary language: English
Secondary title: Land surveying plans as part of the GIS data base
Secondary abstract: Geographic Information Systems can provide support for business and organizations in terms of storage and processing of spatial and other related data. The present work defines storage in a single information system, together with existing data which can be obtained through surveying and mapping authorities. Logical and physical structure of files is defined, together with links between the types of objects in databases (Register of Geographical Names), Register of spatial units (RPE) and the consolidated register of public infrastructure with topographic simbology and processes to maintain the database. For the definition of metadata schemes and data quality SIST EN ISO 19113, 19115 SIST EN ISO standards and INSPIRE Directive are considered. Practical example illustrates the theoretical definition of a database with graphically presented spatial data.

Abstract (ePrints): Geografski informacijski sistemi predstavljajo veliko podporo za podjetja in organizacije v smislu shranjevanja in obdelave prostorskih in ostalih povezanih podatkov kot osnova za izboljšanje poslovnih odločitev. Diploma opredeljuje shranjevanje geodetskih načrtov v enotnem informacijskem sistemu, skupaj z že obstoječimi podatki, ki jih pridobimo preko geodetske uprave. Opredelimo logično in fizično sestava datotek, povezave med tipi objektov v podatkovnih bazah (Register zemljepisnih imen (REZI), Register prostorskih enot (RPE) in Zbirni kataster gospodarske javne infrastrukture (ZK GJI)) s topografskim ključem in postopek za vzdrževanje podatkovne baze. Za opredelitev metapodatkovne sheme in kakovosti podatkov sta upoštevana SIST EN ISO 19113 in SIST EN ISO 19115 standarda ter direktiva INSPIRE. Na praktičnem primeru je prikazana teoretična opredelitev podatkovne baze z izdelanim grafičnim prikazom prostorskih podatkov.
