Sekundarni povzetek: The present work focuses on problems of creating a geodetic plan, which will be suitable for inclusion in the database of geodetic plans. Establishing a geodetic plans database would be useful mainly for the local community, since these require surveying plan for each project, which affect the area. By analyzing the various plans of geodetic surveying firms, we see that as a result of non-uniform data structures in the digital land survey plans and to observe the regulations on the content of geodetic plan only those mutually incompatible. We analyzed the existing librarys of topographic characters, which to some extent allow the unification of geodetic plans. We prepared guidelines for the measurement of detail on the ground as well as detailed instructions for creating digital geodetic plan. We defined an exchange format for the geodetic plans to be suitable for inclusion in the database of geodetic plans. We illustrated the making of a geodetic plan using new directions with an example.
