Secondary title: Design of bottling plant according to the european standards Eurocode
Secondary abstract: This dissertation presents designing of the bottling plant in Laško according to current standards for designing of building structures Eurocode. Reinforced-concrete construction is composed of two parts that are each separated by a dilatation. In the dissertation the right part of the construction is analyzed in detail. Ceiling constructions are implemented as monolith plates, walls and columns present vertical carrying elements of construction, which form spatial frames together with beams. Among all the impacts, that affect the construction, we considered within the analysis permanent impacts, impacts of imposed loads, snow and wind loads and also seismic effects. Designing of characteristic ceiling construction in the considered building is also presented. The analysis was completely made by programme TOWER. Because of the pretentiousness of standard’s regulations for objects on the seismic zones we restricted the analysis at the designing of vertical load-bearing elements to a part of reinforced-concrete frame and to one of reinforced-concrete walls. Considered parts of load-bearing constructions were designed by the method of capacity design, while loads of constructions were determined on the spatial computation model, made in the program TOWER. The primary objective of the work is a comparison between the quantity of reinforcement, required by current standards Eurocode, and the actual reinforcement, established in accordance with the requirements of the Yugoslav regulations PBAB. The comparison indicated that the amount of built-in reinforcement in the analysed ceiling construction is too large compared to the requirements of the Eurocode standards. We determined that the existing reinforcement in the columns is not sufficient according to the requirements of current standards Eurocode, while the reinforcement in the beams satisfies demands. Comparison of the wall construction indicated that the existing dimensions of the wall do not suffice the requirements of the very strict standards Eurocode.
