Secondary title: Numerical analysis of two-layered elastic beams considering inter-layer slip and delamination
Secondary abstract: The analysis of elastic two-layer beams is the main scope of the present work. First the thesis presents most commonly used elastic two-layer beams, followed by a mathematical model and its analytical solution for the analysis of stress and strain state of elastic two-layer beams. We consider a longitudinal slip and vertical uplift. The analytic solution enabled us to prepare a parametric study of the effect of vertical stiffness and thickness of inner layer on the behavior of two-layer wooden beams. Both material parameters can be neglected in practical analysis, as they have minimal influence on the behavior of two-layer wooden beams.
