            | Secondary abstract: | The purpose of the B.A. paper is to determine the motorical skills level of a boy with Down´s syndrome on the first measurement and the motorical skills level and progress after a 5-week motion programme. Motorical skills that were examined in this paper are: hand skills, skills with the ball, statical and dynamical balance. The sample includes a 4 year old child with Down´s syndrome.
The motorical skills level on the first measurement and the second measurment after a 5-week motion programme was determined with test instrumentary for the evaluation of child´s movement called ABC movement. The test included 8 exercises for the verification of the previously mentioned motorical skills. The motorical skills level of a boy with Down´s syndrome before and after a 5-week motion programme turned out to be under the average value although the boy showed progress with some motorical skills. |
