Secondary abstract:	The thesis presents refurbishment project carried out for the existing hotel Perla in Nova Gorica. Special features of refurbishment projects when compared to new construction are discussed in the beginning, as well as with theoretical background of organization and planning of construction works. All these elements are presented for the case study, together with the description of nonstandard, technically demanding façade pipe scaffolds employed in refurbishment.
