Secondary abstract:	The dissertation presents the role of surveyor at construction of public infrastructure facilities. Procedures that are introduced; acquiring of design and technical documentation, defining the outline design, procedures for obtaining construction permit and making of as-built documentation. The thesis also presents the procedure of easement entry to land register and to cadastre of public infrastructure facilities. The procedures are based on a project of constructing a public infrastructure facility in commercial zone; Breg pri Ribnici. It also presents the procedure of assessment rights and entry to cadastre of public infrastructure facilities.
