Sekundarni povzetek: Cadastre of public infrastructure is a technical evidence, whose purpose is especially technical support for efficient infrastructure management and spatial planning. Owners of public infrastructure had to gather, prepare and deliver all the data of their existing infrastructure. For every change or newness in their infrastructure they are obligated to deliver data for these changes. Techniques of data acquisition, preparing and delivering vary from owner to owner, but form of interchange files is defined by Surveying and mapping authority of the Republic of Slovenia, who is in charge for setting up and managing cadastre of public infrastructure. Considerable part of public infrastructure represents telecommunication networks, which are described in the Graduation Thesis, where is also presented the process of preparing technical documentation for fibre network, importing data into owners cadastre and transfer to cadastre of public infrastructure.
