Secondary title: Denationalization and the role of geodesist
Secondary abstract: With acceptance of act about denationalization, has the new born Slovenian state seriously approached towards legal system formation. Although, it’s already more than a decade from elected act, the denationalization still has not ended. Denationalization process is finally coming to an end, which makes it even more current topic in the field of geodesy. That is why I decided to research the role of geodesist in the denationalization process. On the chosen example of denationalization in Medvode commune, I have shown total course from starting the procedure of denationalization, till betrayal of ending written order and return of property.
