Secondary language: English
Secondary title: Project managemant information suport for consulting companies
Secondary abstract: Every construction project is accompanied by an unforeseen situation and therefore the use of tools and skills for project monitoring is highly desirable. In order to increase efficiency and improve the success of the project (beside project management skills) information system is very helpful. Information system should provide support of project documentation and other business processes. Graduation thesis presents theoretical foundations of project management and characteristics of construction projects, documentation that accompany construction project at the consulting company from beginning until the end is collected and methods for analyzing and forecasting future performance results - earned value method and earned schedule - are presented. Thesis also includes a brief presentation of XPERT system and analyze of that system documentation support on a real case building has been made.

Abstract (ePrints): Vsak gradbeni projekt spremljajo nepredvidene situacije, zato je zelo zaţelena in dobrodošla uporaba orodij in veščin za spremljavo projekta.
