Secondary title: ǂThe ǂpossibility of using the real property register in spatial planning
Secondary abstract: The creators of the real property register emphasise the possibilities of its usage in the field of spatial planning. Since the area of its applicability in this purpose is still rather unknown, the diploma work tries to evaluate the applicability of the real property register for the purposes of spatial planning. The applicability of the real property register data was tested in municipal spatial acts, more precisely, in the municipal spatial plan. For this purpose, first the meaning of expert groundwork in the process of spatial planning and the necessary expert groundwork for each part of the municipal spatial plan were defined. On the basis of original real property register data some expert groundwork was made for the municipal spatial plan of the Železniki Commune. The expert groundwork refers to the display of place network and the appointment of the scattered building and settlement, the areas that need renovation, purposeful usage of the space and the units of space management.

Abstract (ePrints): Snovalci registra nepremičnin poudarjajo možnost njegove uporabe na področju prostorskega načrtovanja. V ta namen smo najprej opredelili pomen strokovnih podlag v procesu prostorskega načrtovanja in določili potrebne strokovne podlage za posamezne sestavine občinskega prostorskega načrta. Na podlagi izvornih podatkov registra nepremičnin smo izdelali nekatere strokovne podlage za potrebe občinskega prostorskega načrta občine Železniki. Izdelane strokovne podlage se nanašajo na prikaz omrežja naselij, določitev razpršene gradnje in poselitve, območij potrebnih prenove, namenske rabe prostora in enot urejanja prostora.
