Secondary title:	Professional bases for the definition of portable water price in the Trebnje commune
Secondary abstract:	The thesis's main issue is the analysis of the professional bases for potable water price formation in Trebnje commune. Throughout the process of price definition, a number of principles has been considered (principle of equality of taxes and tax returns, principle of equality of the customers and principle of full expense coverage). In the first part, a method that helps to find relevant data for calculating the annual amount of amortization has been explained. Moreover, in the case of water supply network valuation, the inventory of the water supply network, administrated by the communal administration of Municipality of Trebnje, has been made. In the second part, we have defined the necessary amount for amortization and necessary expenses, which have to be included in the potable water's price per m3 . Finally, we have defined the price per m3 for potable water and we have disclosed the problems regarding the price, which has been paid by the users of the water supply system. In addition, we have presented possible scenarios whether the price per m3 for potable water should be equal for the whole commune or it would be different if individual supply systems (administered by Municipality of Trebnje) were considered.
