Secondary title: Interior design as a motivation for creating creative spaces
Secondary abstract: The thesis underlines the importance of a thoughtful, systematic and modern way of designing classrooms due to its effects on productivity and creativity of pupils. The theoretical part focuses on the relationship between creativity and art classroom; a particular attention is given to the elements of interior design of art classrooms, enabling such organisation of space that fosters creativity in pupils. The emphasis is given on colour and lights as essential elements of interior design. In general, there are certain guidelines of designing classrooms with respect to establishing ideal conditions for learning and work. In the following a case study of the implementation of innovative learning process in modern designed school premises Vittra is presented. The practical part presents the author’s concept of suitable equipment, colour scheme, optimal anthropological dimensions and other design elements of creative art classrooms. The author transferred the theoretical and practical parts in the teaching process. The main task was organising interior with respect to space, namely the selected colour contrast and expression of colour planes (collage). Pupils were given the opportunity to make their product of different materials and techniques, thus expressing the art of choice.

V praktičnem delu sem predstavila svoj koncept primerne opreme, barvne ureditve, optimalnih antropoloških mer in drugih oblikovalskih elementov za kreativno likovno učilnico.
